We have burst into 2021 and Head Chef Suwisa is ready and raring to go. As if her incredible menu wasn't enough, she couldn't help herself - curating a series of dinners that showcase the wonderful flavours and dishes of various regions within Thailand.

We don't mean to alarm you, but some of these Regional menus may come with a warning.

No joke.

Suwisa won't be holding back on the spice level, bold flavours, shrimp paste and herbs. This is going to be some extreme eating. Our first destination is Southern Thailand...
