As the cake has been prepared outside of our premises, under unknown conditions, we do not take responsibility for any illness or sickness for any guests in your party as a result of this specific reservation. We will not be liable for any food poisoning allegations as a result of any food ingested on our premises.
As we have a large range of desserts available for purchase, each person will be charged cakage at 50% of the cheapest dessert option available on our menu.
Cake will be charged for each person at the table, regardless of whether they partake or not.
We do not have refrigeration/freezer or storage space available to store your cake. The cake will need to be kept at or near the table or as instructed by the manager on duty.
You will be provided with the crockery, cutlery and utensils to portion and serve your dessert. Our staff will not be available to serve or portion - they will, however, provide, clear and clean said implements.
We will only accept cakes with advance (48hrs) notice. As part of your reservation. If you have not provided at least 48 hrs notice, your request to bring in a cake for consumption may be refused.
By signing this disclaimer you are accepting these conditions on behalf of your entire party, without exception.
We will not keep your cake in storage after service. If you leave the venue without taking your cake with you, we will consider it fished and dispose of it accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the organiser to advise their guests of the cakage costs in advance.
There are no exceptions to the above conditions unless granted in writing by the Manager
